For many years my weight was up and down like a yo yo! Having joined numerous slimming groups, I did manage to reach the goals I wanted however it was the maintenance that proved to be so hard and the transition to eating "regular food". That said, since starting with Allison, the nutrition advice that she has given and continues to support me with has opened my eyes to a new concept of counting calories. Allison has had such patience and explained it all so well. She has guided me and continues to support me through this start of a new way of eating. I am truly enjoying what I eat, I am eating smaller portions and I stop when I feel full!
