Nutrition Coach

Allison Pearlman is a qualified level 4 Nutrition Coach.

She has always been passionate about nutrition and works with clients on a one to one basis as each client’s needs are unique and this allows for a very individualized approach.

Allison also teaches Yoga and Pilates which can help with weight loss and a healthy lifestyle if clients need to alleviate stress and increase exercise.

How I can help you

I try to help people become healthier – I will work with you to help you achieve your goals whether that be for weight loss, healthier eating or supporting you with nutrition to try to alleviate medical issues such as Menopause, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Diabetes amongst others.

We will look at your nutrition and other important factors such as sleep, stress, home environment, movement and mindset.

I will help support you to develop long term habits with regard to nutrition that are sustainable.

How I work

I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation for you to decide it you want to move forward with a 5 week plan which includes:

1 x 1 hour consultation followed by 4 x 30 minute calls over 4 weeks and contact in between if needed.

After this if you wish to continue on a monthly basis until you reach your goals or thereafter this will be 4 x 30 minute calls over 4 weeks.

You can book in for an initial consultation either in person in your home or on Zoom.
